Why settle for regular, readily available T-shirts when you can design your own? Try our custom-made T-shirts; we don’t mass-produce—whether it’s 1 or 1000 T-shirts, as a custom T-shirt manufacturer, we create each garment to order.
Everything, from cutting and sewing to pattern making, is done by hand, except for the pattern making, which is facilitated by purpose-built software. Cut and sew patterns, collar and arm rib tipping, contrast collars and rib, etc., are all crafted from scratch.

Screen Printing

Silk Screen Printing for Bulk/Group Orders, Specific Color Matching, Larger Variety of Products
Silk screen printing, often synonymous with the quintessential image of t-shirt printing, stands as the traditional and time-tested method for apparel customization. The process involves meticulously separating each color within a design, subsequently burning these isolated colors onto individual fine-mesh screens. The ink is then meticulously transferred to the fabric through these screens, yielding a high-quality and durable imprint.

Embroidery

Embroidery, an ancient technique involving weaving designs onto fabric with a needle and thread, has evolved with technology. Instead of manual stitching, a digital file guides machines to execute each stitch precisely. Ideal for simple, low-color logos, embroidery may not suit intricate designs or small lettering. If adjustments are needed, we’ll contact you to discuss alternatives. The process starts with digitizing your design, creating instructions for the embroidery machine. While embroidery excels in customizing polo shirts with a high-quality finish, it’s pricier than other methods. Though it may not capture intricate details as well, technological advancements allow cost savings by embroidering multiple pieces simultaneously.

DTG

Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printing is ideal for small runs, full-color photos, and quick turnarounds. This digital printing method involves applying a digital image directly onto a T-shirt or product, functioning akin to a home inkjet printer. With special CMYK inks mixed for vibrant designs, DTG has no color limitations, making it perfect for intricate artwork and photographs.
While the cost per print is higher than traditional screen printing, the absence of setup costs renders DTG cost-effective for smaller orders with gradient designs or more than 8 solid colors. However, the expense of ink, equipment, maintenance, and research and development make DTG less economical for larger productions. Moreover, DTG prints may not withstand repeated washing and drying as well as screen prints, leading to potential fading over time.

Heat Transfer

Vinyl Transfer Printing involves cutting designs and letters from colored vinyl pieces, which are then transferred onto T-shirts using a heat press. Sublimation Printing entails printing on a special sheet of paper and then transferring the image onto polyester or polyester-blend light-colored fabrics through heat, causing the ink to disintegrate into the material. Direct To Film (DTF) Printing is a revolutionary technology where designs are printed onto special films for transfer onto garments using a heat transfer process. Tee Labs boasts the largest and best DTF printer in Chennai and Madurai, offering a modern alternative for decorating various materials, including cotton, polyester, blends, leather, nylon, and more, without the need for expensive equipment. DTF printing has rapidly gained popularity, proving to be a versatile and advanced solution compared to traditional methods like DTG printing, screen printing, or sublimation.
